Art as Therapy

Happy 15th anniversary Art as Therapy! I feel blessed to have been part of Rapinder’s life for the last 20+ years. She is an incredible women who always strives to help others in the community. Art as Therapy has just celebrated 15 years of practice! I was honoured to have been part of it. The celebration was a winter wonderland and absolutely magical.

Having gone through some hard times as a kid, art has been my comfort and where I can escape and express myself in so many ways. Needless to say, that I absolutely love her company and everything she stands for.

Rapinder, I have said this to you often, every time I am around you, I feel peace. You simply radiate love all around you. This world needs more people like you and your amazing staff! Happy 15th year anniversary and here’s to many more years!
